Not talking about photos of faces that accompany posts...How do you include a photo within the actual dialogue box when you post a comment?

it has to be web hosted somewhere and you put the url address inside of the img tags [.img]website[/.img] (periods just to make it visible) hit the quote button on my post and you'll see how this was tagged (it's not case sensitive either by the way)

use a graphics program to add the dialogue, and save it as a new file.
