I have always wanted to try these. They should let you try it to see if you like it or not.

I have one and I like it..I keep it with me in the car cause my boys really hate if I smoke in the car or around them at all. I take it places that normally I couldn't smoke. I do find myself still keeping "real" smokes around.

The e-smoke has a nice taste, the mist, the inhaling effect..the tip lights up red when you in hale..so all the things ya think would work. For me there is still something in a real one that I am still having some addiction to.

I got an fairly expensive one, extra filters, bottle of liquid nicotine...
I was really gonna go for it. A bit disappointed I still have a need for some
kind of garbage in the real one...eh, I don't even know what I'm addicted to.

QMan WAS able to light up and try one here in toronto. i was thinking of just buying him that exact same one that he tried.

even if it's just as bad for you, at least you pay $100 once instead of $10 for each pack.

I had one, but i gave it away to someone who needed to use it a lot more than i did. I have been meaning to get myself a new one, but i guess i have been lazy about it because i'm not particularly fussed about giving up myself.

I found that it did help to curb the craving for a real cigarette to some extent, but it didnt totally substitute it. The main problem being, that the e-cig gives you nicotine, but doesnt give you all the other carcinogenic crap that your body craves. But then this is the main point of them in the first place. To become properly used to an e-cig you are going to have to go cold turkey on certain effects of a real cig.

I use e-cigs and really like them. You have to know how to use them. I purchased the Titan electronic cig kit. There are cartriges that you buy (choose what you want low to high).
Save all cartriges and THENn you buy e-liquid, I like Totally Wicked E-liquid in Virgnia flavor. You fill the cartriges with the e-liquid.
I feel better and you do not receive tar, burnt paper etc. The smoke is water vapor without oder.
What you are getting from e-cigs is nicotine.
In the UK bars allow e-cigs as well as other places. I think they will acept them here soon inside buildings.

so that may be what I have to do

go cold turkey for a few days until I'm REALLY jonesing for a smoke and then use the e-cigarette.

I've read that one of the chemicals the tobacco comapnies add to the nicotine is ammonia. That the ammonia bonds with the nicotine to make it even more addictive. There's prolly a lot more stuff they add too.

so the e-cigarette will supply the nicotine addiction without the other added stuff

I'm gonna look up the Titan brand. That was kinda the stuff I was looking for. specific recomendations on brands and tupes

This is the make of the one i bought. I used Ebay, but they dont seem to sell e-cigs on there anymore.

Here is a video showing how good it can work, by making a minor adjustment to it.

I was recently given a 51 Trio. E-smokes and cigs are like near beer and beer. Technically it works but not quite the same. (Apparently there are many types of cartridges and I haven't tried them all so there may be better ones available)

Yeah Quiet.....I love when the self-righteous non-smoking blowhards throw their opinions in on a subject that they obviously don't know s#*t about.
