Flirting or dating someone from your workplace is off limits (been there done that). I feel this is sooooo unforunate because this is a great place to observe how a man behaves, works, treat others even his ability to follow threw on a project. Wow so much to learn about someone you may be interested in but it can also lead to numerous problems.
There are few other places to learn so much about someone.

Fishing off the comapany pier, dangerous but it can be done. Just don't go bragging about it to your co-workers. Easy to do when you're smitten by the love bug, but don't do it, be James Bond or Jack Bauer, do not let anyone know. Flirting in general? Be genuine when you do it, you are seeking some kind of relationship, whether it be weekend partying casual or long term, don't play games and don't tease. Nothing worse than a phoney.
