have a problem with telling another woman she is attractive...i just posted to melody letting her know that i thought she was hat...and it got me thinking...
i am very comfortable with letting anyone know that i find them attractive...i'm not gay, or bi or anything...but i have had women looking at me funny after i compliment them... |

Hi and what a coincidence you mentioned our little flirt-fest.
 I am not bi-curious at all and I LOVE eye candy whether it’s a man or woman.  It’s very easy for me to flirt and compliment a sexy, smart woman -- as long as I think she is OK with receiving that “forward” of a compliment. Some people are uncomfortable with “stranger closeness” and I want to respect that boundary. Flirting is fun though!  |

yeah, the flirting part...i do have to get a signal...all though i can be oblivious even with men at times...but....when it comes to telling someone they look awesome, attractive etc...should be well received...

Just do your thing girl. We would all be a lot happier and more confident if we all gave and got a simple honest compliment now and then.
On the ones that I think may take it the wrong way, I lead off with...."this is just a simple compliment...NOT a cheesy come on...that comes later"..... |

As I think about it. I have gotten compliments from plenty of guys here. Both straight and gay.
Everything from "you're insane" to "you're sexy". To me it is just a compliment. The ones that can't take a compliment are immediately ignored in my book. (If I wanna deal with someone with paranoia issues I will call up an ex) |

As I think about it. I have gotten compliments from plenty of guys here. Both straight and gay. Everything from "you're insane" to "you're sexy". To me it is just a compliment. The ones that can't take a compliment are immediately ignored in my book. (If I wanna deal with someone with paranoia issues I will call up an ex) getting complimented from the same sex is awesome...i like it
