I love tomatoes, but sundried tomatoes are GROSS!!!!! Noooooo, sun dried tomatoes are delicious! Soak them in boiling water for a half an hour or so. It soften's them up a lot. I hated them at first too. I ordered something for dinner and they were in it.... YUCKO! Mayhem, not hatin'

I love tomatoes, but sundried tomatoes are GROSS!!!!! the only way i like them are chopped really, really fine and mixed with olives, artichokes, and mushrooms and used as antipasto on fresh bread.
