so pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and go meet a hot guy and rub your ex's nose in it- revenge is sweet- it helps the healing process!!

Just went through a bad break up. Trying not to think about him and move on with my life...I'm sick of sulking!!! I need to get back on my feet. Well, it takes awhile to get over who you thought was your special someone...but try and stay positive. Know you are worthy. Don't waste energy hating. You'll have some ups and downs...just don't stay in the valleys too long!  Good people here...get involved here and elsewhere. This, too, shall pass and you will not only survive...you'll thrive.
