There has never been a reason to fear death.

God is not fear but love.

Death is our personal end times at this point in our existance.
It will come upon us when it comes.
Live life knowing that how you live life is what you take with you.
The things of this world can not pass with you but what you think and
live by will assuredly be with you when death strips away the dust of
you physical self.

The way you live will be what you are judged by when God judges not the
names you speak at the gate. His love will be the balance on the
scales. Why fear. As faith can move mountains so love can balance the
weight of the world.

THERE IS LIFE AFTER DEATH, EITHER IN HEAVEN, OR EITHER IN HELL. HEAVEN
IS A REAL PLACE AND SO IS HELL.
LUKE 16:22-23-24 AND IT CAME TO PASS, THAT THE BEGGAR DIED, AND WAS
CARRIED BY THE ANGELS INTO ABRAHAMS BOSOM. THE RICH MAN ALSO DIED, AND
WAS BURIED.

Aye the covenant of death.

Mark of proof in prophesy. To be truth that which follows a Work of God
must also agree with the Work of God or it is false.

"Can you stop death?"

Well no!
The only thing that is for sure is Death and Taxes.

you may be able to slow the process of death, But not stop it completely

Actually taxes was suppost to be volentery by the founding father's
concept.
But of course try to not pay your taxes and see what happens.

Ahh we take Luke as proof of eternity in hell fire. But what was
Yahshua really saying in this "parable" made to be known by those who
could recieve it. He also said if you have faith as small as this
mustard seed( very small) YOU CAN SAY TO THIS MOUNTAIN BE REMOVED AND
THE MOUNTAIN WILL MOVE. dOES THIS PROVE YOU HAVE FAITH OR NO FAITH.But
Isayah 28 says thier wll be a people in the last days who have made a
"covenent with death" and they will speak with stammering tongues and
fall backwards and trap themselves in thier own words. I have seen proof
of the latter many times over... Miles

I'll bite.

"Can we stop death?"

Yes. Absolutely. We can even reverse it. There are many accounts of the
dead being raised in the bible - several in the OT, and a handful in the
NT (c'mon you know what I'm talking about: Lazarus, the Centurian's
Daughter - you may say those are "Jesus works", so lets spread out -
Peter and the 70 restored a girl who fell out the window in Acts, and
several other occasions).

So, given enough faith, you can reverse death. Given enough faith, a
serious enough faith, you can even restore yourself (Jesus).

Look at our daily lives. We all hear the occasional "clinically dead
person restored to life". Ok, its possible. Why not?

Preventing Death? Its our human duty. Look at the average lifespan of
ppl - mid 80s! Isnt that 'preventing death' ? We labor to communicate
beyond the grave - (writing letters, books, making films etc) so that we
can speak to generations after us.

Preventing, cheating, dodging death is a sign that we are a spark of the
Divine, and also that we are incapable of being divine in the current
state.
