Carbon credits are the new world currency.

Article 6 – Copenhagen Climate Facility
1. A Copenhagen Climate Facility, hereinafter referred to as “the Facility”, is hereby
established.

To avoid dangerous climate change and build climate resilience, the way society is structured will need to change fundamentally - from investment patterns to development programs.

We don't have much to worry about as far as pollution. We go no mo' factories to pollute with.

ObaMao will see to it we stay that way to.

He may not be from here but maybe he is really concerned as to what is going to happen across the globe. If America doesn't stand up against it and stop it, the rest of the world and America screwed.

http://www.christiannewswire.com/news/4047210243.html

He is NOT the only one concerned about this.

We had better wake up, some take this lightly but it is not to be taken lightly. frustrated
 If "His Lordship" is such a big believer in sovereignty and democracy then why does he still carry a monarchist title to his name? A true believer in democratic principles would drop the title. I suspect he has other motivations to what he is saying.:smile:I certainly don't take advice from a blueblood:smile:No American should:smile:He is no Lord of mine:smile:

Ever heard of the "House of Lords?"

It's a title like "Senator" in USA.

I like to listen to all angles and all aspects of everything that is important today. If a chivalric knight or a witch burned at the stake awakens from death 500 years ago, because he or she got an opinion on something that he or she might like to share, I would listen.

 I get your point:thumbsup: I am just pointing out that some people have more credibility than others in some areas.smile2For example, I probably wouldnt go to a high school dropout for medical advice.smile2 I would be a little skeptical of a person with an old world title talking about democratic principles.smile2That is basically what I am sayingsmile2

Of course. Once I hear a controversial opinion, I want to know about the person saying it. What's his background, where he got his info and so on.
The only thing bothers me about Lord Mockington that he used to be an adviser to Margaret Thatcher and I'm no so fond of M.Thatcher whatsoever.

no.. what you're doing is following Alinski's rules for radicals.. isolate and discredit the source..

Nevermind that this man has the backing of an evergrowing community of scientists who know Gore and his communist green party buddies are full of crap and are no longer afraid to speak up about it.. the only reason for the climate hype is to scare an uneducated public into going along with scams like cap-and-trade and crippling economic sanctions agaisnt themselves..

(I'm guessing you haven't spent much time in an academic earth science environment.. they're full of demogogic ivory tower intellectuals who value ideology over science when it come to the issue of global climate change.. they're brainwashed and they brainwash their students into the notion that the evil oil companies are responsible for something that they no deep down isn't even happening to begin with..)

Nevermind that all the calls from capitol hill that "the science is settled" are flat out lies.. there is no science behind global warming..

it's all smokescreen for enacting higher and higher taxes to fud democrat pet projects and affect wealth redistribution..

whatever.. you've spent the last page and a half trying to convinc yourself that you give two cold dog turds about liberty and democracy..

you don't..

you just care about establishing a socialist society in America, rewriting the constitution, wealth redistribution and establishing government control over the lives of Americans..

your appeals to liberty and democracy fall flat to the ears of anyone that's read any of your posts..

Al Gore: world's first carbon billionaire?

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2009/11/al-gore-worlds-first-carbon-billionaire.html

This guy got super rich, selling his idea.

Today's New York Times takes a look at the issue, noting that Bill Clinton's vice president makes a lot of money from supporting green companies. The Democrat who lost the 2000 election to George W. Bush by a few hundred hanging chad ballots in Florida has apparently become the world's first carbon billionaire.
