Due to the H1N1 'Swine Flu' panic, no Trick or Treating is allowed in my county and several surrounding counties. Now who do I call to report them if I see them, or if they come to my door? Can I call 911 ?

When the lil' ones come to my door tonight I will tell them this is an "Obama Halloween" and will take a handful of candy out of their bags to give to the children who aren't as fortunate as they are.{Just trying to un-do what the public schools are telling them.}
