Why are they so full of hate? Why are they bigots? Hypocrites? I do not mean all of them, just see a few that post on this board and wondering.

IMO.... they should quit being "Christians" and be more like "Christ" Why are they so full of hate? Why are they bigots? Hypocrites? I do not mean all of them, just see a few that post on this board and wondering.

I am a non christian..and I have more empathy and compassion in my little finger than most people have in their entire bodies or hearts....

there are hate filled people on all sides for whatever their reasons. Yes, but the difference is non christians don't hide behind a belief, to try to make it seem ok to be that way because of the bible or "god".

I don't agree with anyone hiding behind a belief to justify how they act. I have a problem with any one doing this. it's nothing more than an excuse IMO. I lean toward being conservative and I'm a Christian, but I know when I'm in the wrong and I don't blame anyone or anything but myself for my actions. Some people just don't want to own up to things IMO. I don't like being called out on things, but I'm a big girl and can take it when deserved. I see it on all sides though. and I don't agree with anyone doing it....but that is just me

The problem with Christians is they feel a smidge more justified than others because the Christian religion has been the top religion in this country. They cannot see their own hypocrisy because there are too many who go along with them. I believe that is the problem she was seeing. The superiority complex in combination with hate is an ugly thing. Not all Christians have this problem but some definitely do.
