I have mood swings (usually because of something happening during the day or not feeling well) I usually keep quiet and to myself during these times because I don't like to take it out on others.

I have mood swings (usually because of something happening during the day or not feeling well) I usually keep quiet and to myself during these times because I don't like to take it out on others. yeah, i usually don't take it out on other ppl either...but sometimes it's inevitable, especially when it comes to the loved ones... I think some think the loved ones will still be there even after it. My family knows when I'm quiet then I'm not feeling well or something is wrong and I will speak when I'm ready lol. sometimes it's hard to stay quiet when in this mood though, but I'm only human....sometimes lol

The only people who are the same way all the time are on heavy, mood-altering meds. Normal people have ups and downs, and you should never apologize for feeling what you feel. You should have told that person to piss off.
