I am so ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas to get here. So I can spend time with my family. My friends will also be thought of!!


What are your holiday plans?

I don't celebrate them...just a few extra days off with pay for me.

my whole family lives within 5 minutes of each other (grandparents, parents, sister and her family, aunts, cousins) so I see them ALL the time

but it is nice for get togethers with lots of food

Yeah I have some that live not too far from in the same town lol. I also have family from all over. I have a huge family on both sides!!

i don't see my dad's side much. but my mom's side has always lived VERY close

I don't really do holidays myself except out of tradition and being with family. But I don't do presents any more

sense my daughter and grandkids wont be here for thanksgiving my mom had talked about feeding the homeless for yrs so this yr were going to help a church feed the needy.

and it will be the 3rd annerversary of a old bf that past on thanksgiving.. he had a website up where he mention all the holidays but not thanksgiving and i mention something about it to him, but i dont recall what he said.

as for xmas. well geeze i started buying presents right after xmas last year... LOL i bought my great nephew something the other day..


as for my daughter and grandkids i dont think they will be here for xmas either unless we can find them a way to get home..

so they will get money if anything for xmas. so my daughter could buy what they want

Yeah that sounds like a great plan to feed the needy. Its sad to see people homeless or starving!!

Thanksgiving Me and Friends go to the Zoo then come back and feed ourselves sick Christmas me and that fam play board games and then feed ourselves sick

Thanksgiving:

BIG. BIG family day. Lots of food wine champagene buffet
Desert table. Laughter hugs Macys day parade!!!

Xmas:

Waiting for baby arrival. Then PARTY!!

Family is da bomb!!

just eating as much as i can and then hybernating til spring....

Holiday plans? Staying home this year so make a nice meal and enjoy the parades on TV. Been making knit caps to send to a mission I have been behind for a long time. Keep hoping this will be the year Santa will bring me a Sweetheart.

Usually I invite people I know that have no place to go for the holidays, and cook a huge dinner.Very rewarding for me to see smiles and laughs...Holidays are giving of yourself, doing a favor with out being asked...

Well I got screwed out of working the Holiday, so I will have WEDS. off and work Thanksgiving night. I'd have rather worked my regular shifts and gotten some serious Holiday pay.

First thanksgiving without my little girl since she will be with her dad. Family too far way.

Thanksgiving at my families house. Mike's home the week before going to the Middle East. We're getting officially engaged that weekend, though we've been discussing it now.
