they say that freedom does not cheap....I would have to say that yes I would be willing to kill to protect my country and my freedom as well as everyone elses. Our ancestors paid a hefty price for the many freedome that we enjoy here in the US.off topic now but the movie "RED DAWN" just pooped into my head with this post.

Would/could you kill someone for your country? huh

I don't like my country, enough said.smokin
I couldn't have said it better myself. Hi Fearsmokin be seeing you

Yet you accept all it has to offer for free.. Hypocritical no? Hmmmm

It really doesn't offer any more than any other country...for example Canada, U.K., Europe...China is 10 folds better off...

I'd disagree whole heartedly... In China they are paid far less in most cases, they are kicked out of their homes and onto the street when the country wants something... I don't see why people are here when they hate it so much...

Mostly I was talking about one accepting government money rather than earning an honest living and then sitting and complaining about this country.. not to mention talking horribly about our service people when if it weren't for them, would you be in a free country? or would it have been changed a very long time ago?

And still China is better off than the states...I have nothing against the military, I'm against government of any kind.

hmmmmm.....China better off? My poor dear...what ARE you reading these days? I was voicing MY opionion...just as you.

No, but I would try to save the life of someone that had been shot or injured becaused someone was trying to kill them. Their country of origin would not matter.

Yes. I am really beginning to believe we have already been invaded though if you look how prevasive crime and the gangs are.

Again, economy and military make a great civilization...not freedom and liberty, regardless of the rights our country may or may not have. China could take us out in one stroke of a pen without a second thought, and if Russia joined them they would have an even larger ally that doesn't like us. Freedom isn't free, and it has never lasted forever.

At least my opinion is coming off with a bit more class than the opinions against me.
