Do you have a charcoal or gas grill?

Did you know you can BBQ on a gas grill? You can on a charcoal grill also but it is more difficult.

Did you know you can always achieve that charcoal taste by cooking something a long, long, long, long time???

You light one side of the gas grill but not the other. The meat goes on the cool side. You put wood in a metal box like two old baking pans with just enough holes to let the smoke out. The wood box goes on the hot side. You then cook the meat with smoke and heat (indirect heat) and it works pretty well.

Can you say Ye Ha?
