Is that in the brochure put out by the Texas Dept of Tourism? well, it doesn't do that in west Texas....but nobody in their right mind would want to live out there Never had the problem in Arlington. It's not as humid as PA go about 150 miles east of Arlington Do they even let Northerners in that part of Texas? just don't talk...they are real rednecks round these parts.. You might as well tell me not to breathe---don't talk--yeah OK can you talk with a fake southern accent ?? You going to give me lessons? show I will... lesson 1 show not sure- thanks darlin' you got it, come on down.... I think I would need a few more lessons first. I'm fixin' to come this summer. Y'all need to gimme a few mo lessons furst.

I see... seashells by the seashore! Me too yesterday and I got to squish my toes in the sand. It was so nice I had to pull myself away to go back to work! Roflmao.... I see you noticed this post already, lol. I wrote ie for you Jayne, lol since we had just discussed the beacvh in the other thread, lol! The thing is... I truly do love the beach... I grew up on the Cape... Once it was an island, that they put a causeway to so folks could get on and off the island, but I would walk out my door (my parents door, lol), go 125 feet to the beach and daily walk around the island looking for treasures (sea glass, soft stones, shells...). I was so lucky! Mashnee Village is located on the Cape Cod canal, so every sailbot, tugboat, ship, barge or motor boat, that wanted to get to the ocean had to travel through the canal .... it was so cool! To this day, whenever I get next to the ocean and you can smell the salt water and the sky is always that overcast misty sort of sky, I simply get excited! Lol, it was sooooo long ago, and still I absolutely love the ocean. lol, sorry... I ramble! I grew up 3 miles from the beach and spent every summer, everyday there. All of my 20s lived 2 blocks from the ocean and one block from the river. Used to drive down to the fishing piers and get fresh fish all the time for dinner. 4 years ago, went back to childhood haunts, sat the whole day looking out on the ocean, hours went past ...can still see it and feel the sun and salt on my skin. My goal is to live again by the sea before passing this earth. Yes, really nice memories for me also Awww... I'm so glad that you too have that awesome feeling when thinking back on days of old, and isn't it funny how something can stay with you that long? Yes, the beach would be a lovely place to age gracefully although the cost of beachfront property is far beyond anything I will ever have. Good luck to you (smiles). I hope you're feeling alright... Thanks Che, much better Buying is not a option, who knows what will happen but want to be a beachcomber, pants rolled up, scouting the sea, with my metal detector hair all wild and a sea shell necklace, the beach gives me a life energy like no other place have ever been and have traveled. See compromise is possible hmmmm.. something caught in your throat, or are you humming and we're supposed to guess? it's hum along with manO time and would that be to "I've been working on the Rail road, all the live long day" etc,? more like 'sleeping on the job all day' poor Mano, did they ever straighten out your schedule? still working 14 days? couldn't sleep on my job, but soemtimes feel like running away I'm back on regular schedule, just in time to work all weekend Todays my day off so if a person is a yankee yet then moves to Nevada, what are they then sweaty probably Never, real women don't sweat, they perspire besides, it evaporates so quickly here, you don't even know your perspiring. it runs off a person like a waterfall here Have lived places like that, no sense in dryin off after the shower, just air dry (hopefully) then get dressed. Was in 80% humidity a fews summers ago tho, everyone was sweating but it felt great.
