I'm just not going to buy into this fearmongering...I'm not getting any shots, never have, ever will!

Reality is some people died from the flu and the swine flu as well .
If no vaccine how do you protect yourself from the possibility of falling terribly sick ?.flowerforyou .

Bolster your immune system. There are a number of books and articles by doctors about this subject.

I'm sorry for those who have gotten sick and died from the flu...people die everyday. I have gotten very creative in healing myself and my children.
I choose to to not get those shots, never have....not going to start now.
I eat right, I exercise, I meditate. I do what I have to do to stay healthy..that's all we can do, just the best we can.

Sat 10/24/09 11:53 AMBefore considering getting the shot...do a little research.

I was trying to add links here so folks can see for themselves....

Anyway here is a list of some of the ingredients in the vaccines...for further info join the facebook group called Parents Against Vaccines...very informative. THere is a link to the webiste Sanofi-Pasteur--a vaccine manufacturer. You will find the package insert on that site. The package insert clearly states that there has been no studies to prove that the vaccine is safe for pregnant women...however "they" are advising pregnant to get the shot...hmmmm

I'm just not going to buy into this fearmongering...I'm not getting any shots, never have, ever will!

Reality is some people died from the flu and the swine flu as well .
If no vaccine how do you protect yourself from the possibility of falling terribly sick ?.flowerforyou .

There is also a reality of people being allergic to ingredients in those vaccines and die from that. My son is allergic to eggs. They use eggs to make flu shots.

BTW, you can go to the CDC (centers for disease control) website and look at the ingredients that the vaccines have. It's disturbing to me.
