At least no one else responsible for doing this to him! I am always weary of the law meeting out "justice" to the "guilty" so-to-speak, we have read countless amount of stories where there has been a miscarriage of justice..............

No, an eye for an eye doesn't make one the scum of the earth like a child rapist or molester. The are scum of scum and it is clear that they do not spend the rest of their lives in jail. They are let go to repeat it over and over. They are parasites, parasites destroy their host, what should we do? Destroy the parasites. To say that those of us that are glad this happened are scum, well, wake up. We are only looking out for the next potential victim.

There are several crimes that I think should be met quickly and harshly with the death penalty and this is one of them. Statistics show that these people commit the same crimes over and over. Their miserable life is not worth that of a single child's that they destroy. The French used to take people like this and send them to Devil's island to rot.

As a survivor of this crime I will say I have a wonderful life...

I am a victim of child molestation also and have no desire to see such horrible things happen to a perpetrator.

I wish they could get help more than punishment. I know that punishment is part of the process but the help they need is more important to me.

I only had one concern once I got older and that was that I hoped he never had a chance to do it to anyone else.

Metalwing I agree with you 100%, some crimes need quick and harsh punishment, for they are parasites and we need to rid the parasites that destroy OR inflict harm on others that do not deserve it.

Approving of the death penalty as justice, and appropriate, is law in this state. It has been law in humankind for as long as humans have had laws. Those of us who approved of the death penalty for certain crimes cannot be considered too far outside the mainstream since both law and history backs us up.

What is totally against the historical nature of mankind is the protection of perpetrators of ghastly crimes. I have never understood the movement in this direction other than the revolving door policy of the jails makes a lot of money for the lawyers and the lawyers have the most influence in making the laws.

Allowing rapists, child molesters, and multi offense felons to roam our streets is not a growth of humanity. It is a sickness.

The fact that some nations have abolished the death penalty does not mean it was a good idea. It just means that it was a decision they made. Even prison inmates are so sickened by child molesters that they commonly kill them in prison.

All I can say about this story would be to thank the guy for saving us the money on his trial.

Haha good one! It will save a heck of a lot of money, taxpayers money. One less parasite to harm another child as he had over and over. Clearly showing that he cannot control himself. It's not worth the risk for these disgusting pigs to ever have the chance of ever walking the streets again only to add another child's name to the abused or murdered.

I have no mercy for anyone that harms a child or the elderly. Preying on them should not be tolerated in any way shape or form.

Those that oppose this or capital punishment for pigs like this, would you rather his privates be cut off and his hands so he could NEVER hurt another? Therapy for these folks? Sorry, I don't buy it.
