I made one to eat right away and made 6 more in corning dishes and put them in the deep freeze for future meals.

Well if it was good I may try it myself. I just googled the recipe for you ,never tried it myself but I thought it looked good.

so you are babysitting again...you are such a good grandma Lucky daughter ,lucky grandaughter! I didn't live close to my mom so I did it on my own. I like her to get out with her friends. She'll be back by 10 at the latest I hope lol

Today I went to the deli counter. Looked at their roast beef - looked nice and asked her to cut a slice about an inch or so thick off of it. She said ok but looked at me kind of funny. When she was wrapping it up, she asked how I was going to use it. I told her I was going to put it on a very hot grill for about 1 min per side and she smiled. I told her its very good that way

That is for tomorrow. Its good that way, sears the outside and warms the meat. It is a bit expensive that way but then again you dont have to cook a whole roast of beef and there is no waste.

Yes, it is already cooked. I just sear it a bit and get it hot.

It is the roast beef that they would slice for you to make sandwiches with.
