Always interested in the banking system. I'm critical of the Fed as an
organization as I think I have read that you are as well. With the Fed
in place as it is however and looking at the policy decisions they have
made in the last decades, I would say their performance is a mixed bag.

Paul Volker crushed the economy with his poorly developed theories. Alan
Greenspan improved matters but kept domestic business in a constant
crunch for 20 years or so. Any hope of improvement for the business
environment is sheer optimism. There is room for growth, even rapid
growth in some business areas, but there is also room for further
crushing certain sectors. Don't ya just love it?

Have you noticed that banks are springing up on every corner while the
gas stations are closing on the same corners.

and I doubt most that work at the banks know the history in this
country...senator lindbergh from minn had a lot to say about the
disaster of the fed reserve system
