ok, so i work with ppl all day every.day...is what i do...
but today i just couldn't believe it...

so this lady had an appt for 3pm 3 days ago...she came in at around 2:40 and said she would like to be seen early...i explain the the person that would be seeing her is still on lunch, and will be back right on time of few minutes early. she exclaimed that this is ridiculous ( ), but i agreed to reschedule the appt for today for 2pm.

she comes in today at 1:40 and says she is here for her 2pm appt...i looked at her, the clock and i said that the person that will be seeing her is still on her lunch and she will be in for 2pm to see her...

so this idiot woman proceeded to argue with me for solid 10 minutes about how inconsiderate it is of us to inconvenience her like that blah blah blah, friggen nonsense! she even asked me if this person does this ALL THE TIME?? WTFFFFFF????? does what? sees ppl on time? damn right!

next appt tell her you are going to set her 20 min early, and then she'll be right on time?

what stopped her in her tracks...because she was just about leave again is when i told her that i will not book another appt for her...so it's either she stays or if she leaves she will have to get her stuff elsewhere....well...i just had a hell of time wrapping my head around her logic
