They are made many different ways, but the ones I had today were corn tortillas, eggs, bell peppers, onions and cheese. Topped with tobasco sauce

They were great. I could eat eggs all day long! So many different things to do with them. I love them with Charizio too. (that isn't spelled right)

Yep! Scrambled eggs & Chorizo (?) are pretty good...but I prefer a flour tortilla...
