There is a very powerful attitude that leads to destruction. It can
kill dreams, visions, and inspirations and even stymie achievement in
the provision of God.

I deserve it! This is a sneaky and ungrateful attitude that often
appears to make sense on a carnal level.

Is the "I deserve it attitude" a proper and Biblical understanding?
Or is it a grace robber?

Could it be, that an I deserve it attitude, will negate a grace of God gift?

1 Corinthians 10:30 If I partake, (receive, have) with thankful-
ness why am I slandered, accused, spoken evil of because of that
for which I give thanks
Or
Paul says, due to what I received by giving thanks for it.

* Thanksgiving releases the grace to partake
* You are a partaker of the divine nature - if-

2 Peter 1:4 (NAS) For by these He has granted to us His precious
and magnificent promises, so that by them you may become part-
akers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that
is in the world by lust.

* No good thing God gives is due to a debt or because it was
earned or deserved, (gives is a key word)
* If it comes from God, it is a gift, be thankful for it and
celebrate it, before it manifests.
* Do not spoil your blessing/gift due to entitlement thinking.
* You cannot be gracious to a person who thinks they deserve it=
Grace not I deserve it-

No good thing God gives is the result of being earned or deserved.

Gift by nature defines itself as being inspired by the giver, not the
receiver.

A gift is not any way the product of a debt.

Give is a key word in GIFT understanding

Psalm 84:11..."the Lord will give grace and glory: no good thing
will He withhold from them that walk uprightly (in accordance
with His will and nature).

God knows how to, and loves to give good gifts to His children.

Luke11:13 (AMP) If you then, evil as you are, know how to give
good gifts [gifts that are to their advantage] to your children,
how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to
those who ask and continue to ask Him!

God does not need a reason to do good.

James 1:17 (NAS) Every good thing given and eery perfect gift is
from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom
there is no variation or shifting shadow.

God is a gift giver. He joys in giving. God is love, love gives. It
is hard to find a scriptural basis presenting God with a bill for
services rendered or obedience fulfill.

Nor do we find a formula for using works to leverage God. He does not
need to be compelled, to give.

Return now to Paul's teaching.

1 Corinthians 15:57 But thanks be to God
which (not who) gives us the victory
through our Lord Jesus Christ

Could this be a Word of God prescription for success? - Thanks- the
simple giving of thanks from a heart of gratitude.

2 Corinthians 2:14 Now thanks be to God,
which always causes us to triump in Christ,
and maketh manifest
the savour (redeeming grace) of His knowledge
by us in every place.

The Word, is the vehicle by which we partake of the:
* Divine nature
* Ruling over life
* Doing what the Word says can be done
* Revealing the mysteries of the Word and the knowledge hidden
therein

Thanks brings victory, triump, manefestation.

Why is it that some people do not win?
do not possess the promise?
do not realize their dreams?

Malachi 3:13-14 (AMP) Your words have been strong and hard
against Me, says the Lord. Yet you say, What have we spoken
against You? 14You have said, it is useless to serve God, and
what profit is it if we keep His ordinances and walk gloomily
and as if in mourning apparel before the Lord of hosts?

When a persons words are contrary to what God has stated as truth in
His words, they are opposing His order in the earth.

If His word says He has, and we say not yet, or He hasn't, we are
opposing His truth.

A person's words are stout when they deny what God has promised
what God has done
what belongs to the
Believer

Being thankful for, who He has made you to be.

Being thankful for, what God has "seeded" into you.

Colossians 1:13 The Father has (already) delivered us from the
power of darkness:
The power to deny
The power to contain
The power to make sick
To make poor
And has translated us (all children)
into the Kingdom of His dear Son
where good triumps over evil
where celebration and thanksgiving bring manifestation

1 Timothy 4:3-4 (AMP) Who forbid people to marry and [teach them]
to abstain from [certains kinds of] foods which God created to be
received with thanksgiving by those who believe and have
[an increasingly clear] knowledge of the truth. 4For everything
God has created is good, and nothing is to be thrown away or
refused if it is received with thanksgiving.

1 Timothy 4:3-4
People who have departed from the true faith,
forbid people to marry,
insist on abstinence from meats, (certain kinds of food)
though God created them to be partaken of, with thanksgiving
by those who believe and personally know the truth

For everything that God has created is good, and there is nothing
that need to be rejected, if only it is received with thanksgiving.

* Thanksgiving makes marriage a blessed thing when received as a
gift of God's creation.
* Thanksgiving makes foods pure and healthy, even though they may
have been taboo under law.

The giving of thanks is a curse reverser
is a bondage breaker
is a way to receive
is a pathway

Begin to thank God for the dreams, visions, impartation and gifts He
placed in your life.

Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory, in every arena or
situation of life.

-THANKSGIVING MEANS BETTER LIVING-
