Takeing a damp towel and zapping it in the microwave a few seconds makes a nice moist heat.

Alternateing tylenol and asprin doses sometimes give better relief.

Laying on the floor and elevateing your legs on the divan or a low stool can help.

My Teddy bear always helped. Sorry you feel bad.

See your OBGYN if this is chronic. Sometimes sports or other activities can distend the uterus or tip it back which makes cramps worse. Not that difficult to correct.

Go to natural health store and get KELP (sea kelp)...by next month you'll be much better. Take daily. Aspirin will thin the blood and actually cause more pain. Kelp is NATURAL and helps over the long haul. My daughter finally tried it and is SO happy. Helps other things as well.

Femex I think is another or try yoga LOL it's not only excersise it's healing attributes aswell .Ah yeah I'm not bendy you might say or ah I don't have the time .well the amount of time it takes to digest a pill then for it to go through your system you could be pain free trying couple of yoga poses I know it works for some as woman in class swear by it . The yoga poses hits your nervous system that will ease the pain and enable you to relax for a video instruction try utube or see an instructor before next period .

Best wishes
;-)
