Looking deep within to find that magical place we may call peace.
Opening up heart to locate our truth.

Vulnerable feelings rush as you find out more and more.

Each day that pass,A challenge yet another layer unfolds.

Lying to ones self that all is well and fine .

So unawares the damage years past caused deep inside as it niggles away upon your very mind.

That place filled with empty dreams and promises masks the pain once hidden well behind.

Living day to day yet afraid,Afraid to reach out deep inside to all the hurts and pains quite simply wished to ignore.

Images seen in such clarity,Thee effects of many years of disregard.


Just laying here as one emotion following another travells through my open veins.

Such feelings so intense as I open up and release.

Everytime stood still it's exhaustion and exhilaration ha what a mix.

Being ones self finally has meaning .
With emotions past I find feeling of acceptence..
Finally feelings of bliss peace formed from grace.

Every day we seek some place where we may go ,Youve just found your own sacred place .

LOL sad but true we all seek one place where we all may be happy or go .
I wrote this a while ago when good friend fealt so lost ,Thankfully now she reached that place she wished to be
Unfortunatly sometimes certain peace comes with a price .Anyway no longer will she know of any pain .

Still miss you though you know .
