Just put "No longer looking" on your profile!
Its bound to get you a date! When I was looking I hardly ever got a view, or e-mail- except from my friends. Now that I am no longer looking... I am getting all kinds of views and e-mail!  
Ya might want to give it a try. 
Either they are'nt reading profiles, or no longer looking works like a magnet and they don't take it seriousely.
