Dear Journal ....... yes its a holiday Monday ( Happy Thanksgiving everyone ) and yes I am here at work .... dropped the kids at their mom's house , even tho' its my weekend , so they could send time with their mom on this day .... and so having no life ??... am here at work being productive ... THEN I will go home and make Meatloaf AND TTO's world famous BLAND Chili ....  
btw....add more cayenne pepper and chili powder to the chili!!! 
What ??? add something MORE then regular PEPPER ??? are you NUTZ woman
Nah me kids and I like it this way AND then they can add whatever they like

eeewwweee the is a really bad smell in my office  ..... oh yeah .. TURKEY yesterday ....lol. .
I cooked my first Turkay in the oven .. AND ??... we ate it .. not bad

OK I cheated alittle ... it was " pre-stuffed", cook in oven for 41/2-5 hours kind.. no cleaning . NO BONES.... BU T ...it was good AND yes my daughter helped me hahahahahaha

Well not really ... imagine a turkey with no bones , pre-stuffed, and 2 legs included ...hard to describe actually .. but it was frozen , in a box, wrapped in a netting to keep it togther while it cooked... truly it was REALLY good, and not that hard ...
The daughter says " Dad, can we try a TURDUCKIN ?? " .. turkey stuffed with duck stuffed with chicken ...
