List one enjoyable thing that you did today and then think of something more enjoyable that you will do tomorrow. Then make sure you do it. I am stressed I quit smoking on Sunday.  That is a good thing for me, not really enjoyable. Congrats though.  Thank-you It is one H*** of an addiction. I am determined so now is the uncomfortable part. I'm sure you can do it. I'm glad I can't smoke, so I never started.

That is a good thing for me, not really enjoyable. Congrats though. Interesting topic, as we all know, or most of us anyway, nicotine is more addictive than heroine. Apparently a medical report was released to the media yesterday, that scientists are working on a nicotine vaccine which uses T-helper cells to collect and block nicotine molecules from entering the blood-brain barrier. Scientists say they are about 6 months away from making this vaccine a reality. If it comes to fruition, this will be more successful than the patch, the gum, or cold turkey. I spent all day in the yard...in the sun, with my trusty snakecatchers, my bluey (cattle dog) and kookaburra...dug out a heap of elephant grass, planted a heap more summer veges, then cleaned the gutters out, ready for the wet season to commence.
I had lunch arrive in the arms of a dear friend, sat in the sun in the yard, ate lunch, laughed and fed the dog and kookaburra. Tomorrow....hopefully we get a swell off the tsunami warning and am going for a day on the ocean....

The most enjoyable thing I did today and do everyday is work with Seniors with Alzheimer's and dementia, I just love my job.
