I don't have that luxury..I do enjoy my meditation lavender baths each evening, that's how I reward myself.

Rewarding: when my fitness clients show results (whatever their goals) Reward: ME time -- no interruptions. One of my fave rewards is a Friday matinee (alone). |

As long as my family and friends are safe at the end of the day i am happy although if i had a a few more batteries i would be even happier!!!

a snowcone, its amazing how something so simple can make everything bad go away, just for that moment, till its all gone, then you want another snowcone! lol

For the past couple of years, visiting my god-son everyday. Since I have no kids of my own, hes all I got.

not much to look forward to-my Starbuck's latte was the highlight of my day
and i just finnished it

What is rewarding to me on a typical day. Everything about the day. The sun or clouds, the smell of the morning, the fact I am walking and almost pain free at least for the first few minutes anyway, I am here and can do whatever I want to do for the day, etc.. Everyday is that I wake up is a great day regardless to any challenges that come my way. |

sometimes... creating a piece of writing or..opening the carton of half n half cream without ripping it to pieces... laughing so hard I cry or getting my hair just the way I want it... or like now...taking those peanut butter cookies outta the oven...... teasingbrunette |
