Time lasts longer with a smile. Each day seems longer without a friend. Some days seem to never end. Remember that light has a color blue. But is also has other colors too. If all colors shine to lighten the night, We end up with a day of bright white. |

I thank you for sharing your wit and your charm We all do, I know... as you never cause harm. It's lovely to smile when I log on to this page It's a good feeling, no matter my age! Although I'll admit, another year has passed  Another year older, it went by so fast! I'm happy to have met so many truly nice people Smiling and laughing helps me to not feel so feeble! lol

I saw a sunrise the other day,
That reminded me of a pot of clay. I made coffee and watched it change. The colors covered a awesome range. We think of "old" as an ancient stone, Or perhaps a fragment of a dinosaur's bone. But each of us past the years, With tons of laughs ... and sometime tears. As Einstein said how relative is time, To us humans it is as wine. We may mature or become less bold, It makes us wise. Think not "old". |

I also saw the sun raise
the other day I think the sun just came out to say--hey The rain cloudy rolled right by the sun he said listen sun your not the only one there other things in the sky so who do you think you are and why Oh but the sun shined more brightly than he ever had and he said look rain cloud dont make me mad, I bring happyness to one and all People are in a better mood when I come out and warm and all So see ya rain cloud Iam not being to pround Iam the sun not a dumb cloud. lol |

Four pickles in a jar
Broke and stank up my car. Texas heat made them simmer, A smellier car I cannot remember. Laziness took over the day, On the computer I went to play. There's Mendy and Che_ making a rhyme A much more fun way to spend one's time! I type a little and think about food, Maybe I will cook if in the mood. Mingle has become my favorite link, But gotta go ... to remove pickle stink. |

 good one! ...have you ever had a car That simply sat in the yard Not being used For a long while.... After a year I admit I went in there only to find That it was no longer mine! A family of mice had moved in And you think that those pickles do stink? |

The Easter Bunny hops about,
"I found an egg" the children shout! Some are blue and some are red, "I want banded" the small child said! The bunny quickly hid some more ... By the bush and by the door. He hopped and hopped ... and hopped and hopped. Do bunnies get tired? He never stopped! The bunny hopped all day long. He hid his eggs without a song. He hopped up close and gave a wink! That's when I learned ... bunnies stink! |

Out of town I headed West, Up in the mountains away I sped In a hurry, it was beginning to snow Big flakes in the air but where did they go? The ground so soft with mud it seemed When all of a sudden, I could barely breathe! Cows on the left horses and goats Something stunk, I thought I would croak! It took quite awhile for the smell to leave At least to me, it so seemed. I pulled into a station to pump some gas I opened my door, and began to gag...! Now I knew it that wasn't just mud That I'd run over and through .... oh yeck:( I couldn't tell you exactly which source, But I guarantee on the way home, I changed my course! Ewwwww!!!

There is nothing like a stinky little poem to make one smile!
 OK Minglers, where are your stinky little poems? I flew my plane the other day, A strange event turned my feet to clay. I wasn't high, but I had gone far. If I crashed, there would be no car. I thought I heard a funny noise, My rebuilt engine is not made of toys. I strained and strained to hear it again, True danger could cost the life of a friend! Thoughts rushed through my mind! Bearings? Oil pressure? Problems! ... what kind? The plane vibrated from my thumping heart, Til my friend exclaimed, "Excuse me, I still need to fart!" |

there much more fun than playing with boys let get out our skates and make it a date lets play ball there will be boys there big and tall lets get out the ski oh where would we be with out our worldly toys also motorcycles are fun and I think if I keep at it You will be the one because your better than our worldly Toys |

I hear the wind howling near.
I need a friend to share a beer. The noise adds mystery to the night, "Loud thumping noises" could cause a fright. I wonder what birds do in the wind. Do they sit there smiling and pretend? Does a bird ever blow away? Never seeing one, it would be hard to say. A stormy night and Mingle buddies. (Some of which are fuddy duddies). Would concern come from sounds of storm? Perhaps for some, storms the norm.

It kinda makes me ponder.... Should I perhaps even go over younder??? They say no!!! You don't belong to do that... Cuz... Roses are red.. Violets are blue... Some poems rhyme.... And some don't!

I'll eat a cow, or perhaps a fish. Breakfast is that magic time. Coffee gives the power to rhyme! So heat some butter, Add an egg. Add some more! (I do not studder!) The pleasure of an early meal, Gives our bodies a chance to heal. Go to Mingle and pretend to work, Our friends are duties we must not shirk! |
