Absolutely. Unfortunately for your hopes, I ALSO believe that love at first sight has NOTHING what so ever to do with whether or not there's any reason at all for either person to make a effort to get together. In fact, I believe it actually inhibits one's ability to choose a potential long-term mate. Define long term. Is 8 years long enough, (so far), to know you got it right?

No, but I do believe in lust at first site AGREED...love takes time and getting to who the person rather than building up a false impression by how they look. Maybe we can recognize there is the possibility of someone that'd we love...it is a choice to love and make yourself vulnerable to someone. We must sense that this is someone we are willing to "give" that power to.
