Not a flattering photo. The top of the photo crops your scalp and draws attention to your balding. You probably have smoking eyes but the shadows in the photo loose that feature all together. The background is distracting. And the scowl is off putting. A lead photo needs to be friendly, smileing, or at least serene. Dead on center shots look like mug shots. Put yourself in the left 2/3rds of the frame. Drop your shoulders so you show you have a neck.
