Im more of a flicker. I once flicked a watermelon seed and it landed on my cat's lip. It just hung there for about 20 minutes!!!

I once had a cat who had a haircut, being a long haired tabby, when I first saw her after the exercise, I could'nt help but burst into laughter. The cat was thoroughly mortified and went into hiding for two days. I wonder if your cat was as thoroughly ashamed at having a watermelon seed hanging on her lip.

I like to spit watermelon seeds. It reminds me of when I was a kid and my sisters adn I would sit on the back step having seed spitting contests, watermelon juice running down our chins and arms. Watermelon was one of the few foods that we could play with and not get in trouble.

I heard about a poodle once, years ago, who got practically shaved for the summer, and she went into a blue funk and hid and moped because of it.
