I've been scuba diving. The last time I went my gear malfunctioned. The little button that inflates/deflates the vest (sorry can't remember the exact terminology...it was 15 years ago) got stuck and my vest filled up with air and shot me to the surface. I spent the next couple of days in a decompression chamber.
It was hooked up to a TV though so it wasn't too bad.
