I tend to eat anything that won't eat me first. I have an idea that maybe in the afterlife there may not be anything to eat, or if there is, will it be any good? So I pretty much eat what I want, when I want, as much as I want. This as served me well up until recent years. I really need to start running again. Personally, I prefer to eat before being eaten ... 
Gives HIM that all~necessary down time to regroup, reload and fire away ...
