my mother never travelled much when my dad was alive ,,,so i took her to nashville and the grand ole opry,,,, florida thru the smokey mountains ,,, anytime she wanted to go ,,,i tried to go somewhere she has never been....which was just about everywhere...lol
Wow. You're a really grest son! Not too many would spend that kind of time with their Mom. 
i would do anything for my mother ,,,she gave up alot for all her kids ,,,all nine of us
Nine! The woman is a saint!!!!
yep nine kids ,,,and all still alive ,,shes been a widow for 25yrs now

thats what I mean.Like I said my daughter went with a friend of hers whose a trucker and she loved it. It was like a vacation that barely cost her anything.
if you have never tried it you should ...gives you a different perspective of truckers and what they actually do... most people think we just go up and down the road ,,but there is lots more than that

you have a nephew that drives ...right
He used to go on long hauls,but not any more he drives those ones thats carries cars now.I think its for chrysler.
