well so these neighbors across the street constantly let their dog out with out a leash and its free to run the streets and poop where it wants.now the dog almost got hit buy a car yesterday some person had to slam on his breaks.i did call animal control.but i dont want to see the dog get hurt.

so do i like take some video of the dog running around freely?there is a leash law here in Tennessee.i thought collection the poop and putting on there doorstep along with a note saying Tennessee has a leash law.but im not sure if there is anything else to be done besides calling animal control.

any ideas?

Eat them and start living in their house...

The dogs or the neighbors?huh

Personal preference, some people like the taste of dog...personally I like the taste of human...

Not all of them are very appetizing though. So bitter, unless you like that sort of thing?

I never finish the bitter people, always leave more than half my plate at the table...just doesn't taste right, no matter the combinations of spices...

You are welcome to eat the mean neighbors that called the city about my cactus.

I'd rather have the cactus....mine died the other day.sad

I have tons more cactus, you can all you can carry or by the truckload

Not sure of the spelling but ... Kaygogi, a delicacy in some parts. cooked low n slow. No need to bother animal control or piss off your rude neighbor. Chow down on his hound today.

goes good with garlic bread to sop up the juices

I knew a guy who had one of those. It walked around his house. He was crazy though....

well after a very uneventful morning, animal control went to their house and told them to get control of it and the animal control person would be driving by the next few weeks and if she saw the dog out there would be a citation issued to them.

I can so relate to this type of behavior from pet owners. Where I live we have very strict leash laws and picking up the refuse. 60 dollar fine for each time a pet owner doesn't clean up after the dog. We even have doggie bag stations all over town, at the trail heads youn name it. Nothing pisses me off more when I am out hiking and step in someones dog crap they were to lazy to bend over and pick up.

I hope you have better luck with your animal control than we do. Since the offenders usually know when they are on duty, even if we have the owners on cam doesn't matter unless the officer sees it happening..

Good luck

Ya know, like the people are going to say,"Oh, we didn't know. We're sorry for being irresponsible and we will be more diligent about Fido's comings and goings." Right. whoa

When I take my dog on walks I have her on a leash. But if I am just taking her out by the house I dont leash her. I know it's wrong because we have leash laws. but she stays by me and hasn't run at anyone yet. I said yet. If she does then she looses the freedom I give her and she will allways be on a leash.
