Topic: The Eye of God | |
---|---|
I took these in arizona during monsoon season last year. I call the series the Eye of God because its my first time capturing the sun in such a way. :)
I know it looks like the same shot over and over but really its the movement of the clouds over the sun that changed the colors as well as the structure. the last one is a crazy waffling over the cam with a screen. |

I really like this one, the composition is better than the rest, not to mention the rays poke out of the clouds pretty nice. And - you actually followed with the 2/3s rule...which means the center of attention isn't actually in the center. :) It gives the eye something to look at around the whole image. |

i really appreciate that. LOL i had no idea there was a 2/3 rule LOL sorry. self taught i guess you can say. LOL There are many rules, LOL. But it's ok if you don't know any of them, Just take pictures of what you like (I am just more technical because i've been doing it for 5 years) Self Taught is the easiest way to do it, helps you figure out what you're good at. |

Did you retouch it, or it wuz like that...?? nice its actually like that. the darker ones were taken when the shift in the sun rays effected my cam. its a trip. i've never taken pix that ended up like that before and it hasn't happened since. :D EDIT! oh but they were cropped so you didn't have to see the tops of my apartment complex LOL |
