I am a walking contradiction
Yet I know that my affliction
Is all about a truth I seek to find

I am both a question and conclusion
Lost in some serious delusion
Fearing my love and I can't coincide

I do love a great adventure
Where water is my quencher
Boating is one thing I can't deny

Deep down I seek such rapture
A happily ever after
However I'm still asking myself..."why?"

It will take a man of strong conviction
To cure my fear of trusting affliction
For I'm stubborn and often quite afraid

Though with time it will come
Hand in hand we'll walk as one
This will end this whole silly masquerade
