Amazing artwork Krupa...really beautiful! I never did get my pic...

I simply havent picked up a brush in a while...which is a shame but, it aint something that can be forced.

I know this is off the topic but I think you might be able to help me. How do you post a picture in these dialouge boxes of the forum? When I tried to copy and paste a photo it did not allow the paste option when in the "reply" part of the forum. Any help?

1. Save the picture in your computer.

2. Upload the saved image to a host site. Personally, I use Photobucket.

3. Copy url from host site and paste in Mingle reply box. Use the codes by placing [*url] at the beginning of the link and [*/url] at the end. (Remove the asterisk I placed on the url codes. I just placed that so you could see what I have used. Otherwise, they won't appear.)

4. Post reply.

I just go to photobucket. Click UPLOAD IMAGE
chose whatever you want that is saved on your pc. then hit "save and return to album"

click the little box below the pic you just uploaded. After it has the checkmark

go down two lines to the IMG code and click it. it will say "copied"

Then come back to these forums and make your reply then rightclick and paste.

IMPORTANT!

the last part of the code that appears will say /IMG]

change it to say /img]....that is it! You will be shoving your crap in everyones faces just like I do.

Accidentally scrounged up a good pic of a Kokope'le' that I did.

The actual piece is about 3' tall x 2.5' wide.

About 6 months worth of .03 millimeter dots and it colourshifts to where all of the electricity and blue disappears to be replaced with greys, black and chrome. (it shifts colours as you walk across the room and the light changes angles.) The surf, feathers and Musical notes and hair tips shift to multicoloured prismatics that give the illusion of a rainbow styled glow.

I like your stuff, Kruppa. I need to draw more, but I'm too busy right now. You ought to do more negative value work. (that is, start with a dark canvass and sketch the drawing with your eraser-or light paint if you use paint). One of these days I'll get more into painting. I learned using gouache, and that **** is expensive! I'm sticking with graphite and ink for now.

I love me some inks. I cant use too much graphite cause I drag my hand and it smears too much for me.

Have you tried powdered (pulverized) graphite? Pretty nice stuff. Ya just have to use a paper towel under your hands to avoid smearing or getting it all over yourself. And don't scratch your nose or face, or you'll get black all over ya. (I learned that the hard way)
