No No No do not start this. It's not a conspiracy it's not gouging it's
not even Bush. It's economics. Supply and demand.
All the tree huggers not allowing new refineries to be built. It's been
30 yrs since the last one. They get old they need maintenance. The
population in the past 30 yrs has increased which means more drivers and
more demand for gas but no new refineries to meet that demand. Not to
mention China and India and the rest of the worlds increasing demand for
oil. That's the problem not some evil cigar chomping oilmens conspiracy.
