1 cup of raw Almonds soak for 4 hours to soften nuts,in filtered
water,if you can, use reverse osmosis filter.
2 tablespoons of coconut butter
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract( non alcohol)
3 to 4 or more tablespoons of raw honey, maple syrup,or Agave.
A pinch of sea salt if desired(optional)
You will need two nut bags or a very fine stainless steel mesh
strainer.Nut bags work best from my experience.
You need a blender add 5 to 6 cups of water add the ingredients. Do not
Forget to pour off the old water from the soaked almonds, which after 4
hours will expand from soaking. Add the almonds and blend the
ingredients for 1 to 2 minutes.on high setting. If you want it creamier
add less water if you want it more milk like add more water.Empty
contents from the blender into strainer or nut bags and drain into large
bowl .You've got to squeeze the nut milk bags until you get the the milk
out of the pulp from the almonds. It is better than anything you buy in
the health food store. Good Luck.and it is very good
nutritionally.tastes great on cereal,or alone.

I think I would opt for the stainless steel strainer. Straining
anything through your nut bag has to hurt like hell laugh
