Its a book I am writing.

The library exists on Monroe level 27 according to Robert Monroe, soul traveler. That is one level above all the Heavens on the astral plane.

The books are called "Rotes" and they look like little balls of light. You can 'read' them by going into a holographic story and actually experiencing being there in a full three dimensional sight and sound matrix. Like any book, you can stop and leave at any time or read the whole thing. The reading is more of an experiencing a three dimensional movie of which you are in the middle of.

What most people don't realize is that every observer has their own personal electromagnetic field which is in fact their own personal space-time universe.

In looking for an event coordinate,(in another universe) you have to choose the event that houses the particular event you are trying to locate. (Events happen within other events, universes exist within other universes.)

For example, as a spiritual time traveler, you might want to witness a particular event on earth. To get to that event you have to locate the physical universe which is quite vast. Then you have to locate the universe within the physical universe that houses our galaxies. Then you have to find our galaxy among many, and then you have to find our tiny little solar system and then the earth, the third planet from the sun.

The physical universe is easy to locate, it is at the bottom of the frequency scale. (Well, almost.) So just turn the dial to the lowest frequency and you are on your way.

The rest of the journey is accomplished via the law of attraction and matching frequency with the event in question. This is done with the mind, hence is done with mental images.

Sky is right when he compared events in time with 'mental images.' Therefore it is mental images that the time traveler must produce in order to reach his or her destination. The mental images will take the traveler to the place that is imaged.

In other words, you have but to think about it and you will be there.

But what if you don't know about an event? The answer is, then you can't get there. Its just like going to a city. If you don't know about it's existence, you can't or won't ever go there until you learn about it.

So how do you learn about something?

You learn about things from other people, or other observers, or from books, or rotes, or movies, or any other way.

If you don't know about it, you can't go there.

If you don't believe it, you can't do it.

You are correct.

All things that exist, all processes and events exist and happen within the universal mind, hence all are mental images which can be revisited.

Like a DVD movie, you can fast forward to a scene you want to see, or you can start at the beginning, or you can skip back and forth and watch scenes over again etc.

It is the same with this holographic universe, only way more infinite, including alternate time lines etc.

Only the mental images that are visited by observers continue to be active. Unvisited images will eventually fade away into nothing when they are ignored or forgotten. You cannot go there if they do not exist. You cannot go there if you don't know about them.

Not much happening in here, I guess nobody wants to learn "time travel."

Spiritual Science,,,I like the term..I believe we live a very unique period of time,as well as space..The dawn of a new age..The end of one chapter and the beginning of another..Call it Spiritual Science..Call it part of the evolutionary process of life on Earth..Call it Divine Prophecy being fulfilled..

We as people on this tiny world can feel something at work..To steal the phrase from Dorothy in the "Wizard of Oz,,We Are NOT in Kansas anymore TOTO!!As we approach the Galactic Alignment on Dec.21, 2012(occurs once every 26,000yrs)we are witnessing a shift from conventional to unconventional thinking..Is it a coincidence that the Mayon calendar ends on the exact same day as the alignment?
