...I LOVE my landlords. They are way cool and easy to deal with. I find it a pleasure to pay my rent. Anybody out there have laid back landlords?

actualy yea my landords are pretty cool
i had a issue with the rent last yr as where i normally would get a money order and mail it off but this time i dont know what happen as they never got it and i did contact the post office and it never was cashed they think it got chewed up by the machine
but any how it was around xmas and my landlord was very understanding about it which was cool.. but i did manage to come up with extra money to pay her again... but i do have a yr to send in the stub to get the missing money back that the landlord didnt get

i would think i would rather have you as my landlord than my own mom
she has rentals but heck i wont lives in one of hers.
i know how she is....thats scary

Good landlords are great but if you have not owned a home now is the time to to get the grants that are out there for first time homebuyers because once the economy realigns it will be even more expensive and require a fat down payment to get a house. What it saves you on car fianceing and insurance alone is worth it for younger buyers to own rather than rent. I am sure your landlords know they have to be nice to keep good tenants but you are making them rich.

I actually believe that they are LOSING money renting out rooms in this house cuz' it's a nice place and the rent is ridiculously low. They pay for all the electric for this house. I'm on SSI dis-ability and wouldn't be able to find such a nice place for such low rent. I'm very fortunate.

I live in a co-op just pay the check and don't even see them.

I love my landlord too...he is so cool! I don't think I would want to own a house though ( being single and all).~~ My l.l. was just here for the 3 rd time last week trying to zap another bees nest out of the eaves. He got stung a few differant times.

Not to mention last summer we had squirrels in the attic he had to pay someone to come trap and remove them.

A few years back my basement flooded and knocked out my furnace and hot water tank. That cost him an arm & a leg.


He also has to repave the driveway again this year bcause it keeps cracking and breaking up.( Of coarse he finds the cheapest way to do things!)

Nahhhhh...I don't want to own a house, I'll rent and let him worry about the rest!

Actually Yeah, My landlords are way kewl...
I sold my house and downsized recently... Where I work has apt... So I rented one of them.

Yeah I like my landlords, also if there is anything that goes wrong with the place, they fix it really quick.

I also like that there are only 4 apt to the building, my building is all adults nice and quiet.

I am actually quite liking the apt living didnt' think I would.
