every time we turn around, something else slinks out from his past that's all about race.

first it was his "typical white lady" grandmother

then it was "white folks didn't seem to be put off by me as long as I was clean cut and didn't seem angry all the time"

then it was "a white man's greed runs a world in need"

then it was the "U.S. of KKK A."

Then it was about "a day... when the red man can get ahead, man; and when white will embrace what is right. "

Now his latest, ehem..., Czar proudly identifies himself as a communist after having spent a night in jail being arrested during the Rodney King Riots and meeting some "real communists and anarchists and thought, 'this is what I need to be about'. This man also refered to all conservatives and Republicans something that'll get filtered here and accused "white polluters and white environmentalists" of poisoning the black community..

So you tell me..

I disagree with you on this. I think people that hate him are looking to make it about race with him.

Context is really important first of all. Second, white America has done awful terrible things to black folks in this country to this day. The truth is ugly but it is still the truth. The only white folks who are not to blame are those who do not perpetuate the prejudice in this country and there are a quite a few of them but not enough by a long shot.

I have seen the prejudic and discrimination that black folks suffer at the hands of white America to this day. It is sickening to me.

It makes me ashamed of my fellow Americans.

Don't be ashamed of me! I have done nothing to be ashamed of. There are laws against discrimination. If you witness it, report it or file a civil suit. Most of us want to move the hell on but everytime we try we hear a minority come along and start it all up again. Geesh!
