Okay, still nicotine free. It is getting easier by the day. My personal triggers are still kinda hard, like after I eat, when I have my coffee in the morning, in the car OMG that one is really hard for me. I really enjoyed smoking and driving...lol

Just an update for ya'll.

I am going to do this!!!!

from what I've read, after about a week the physical withdrawal from the nicotine will have run its course

thats the hard part

after that its just the psychological habit and when that hits it only lasts a few seconds and if you can distract yourself for a few minutes it'll go away

I've decided to switch to the E-cigarette

I've never been able to quit cause I really don't want to. and you just can't quit something when you dont wanna

so I figure I can keep the nicotine habit without the burning carcinogens. Thet tell me that nicotine itself is no more harmful than caffeine. but its the burning stuff that is harmful

so I can keep my nicotine habit without the harmful tars and carcinogens with a e-cigarette

That is what I have been doing, distracting and letting it pass. I have been nicotine free since the 9th of September. So four days.

OMG it seems like forever...lol

Still nicotine free. I am still eating too much but I am going to give myself a little more time and then tackle that problem. The triggers are getting a little easier on me. I notice sometimes I still think okay time for a cig...and then have to get over it...lol

One of my friends has been trying to quit since seeing that I am doing it. He says if I can do it of course he can...lol you know that manly thing...lol I am giving him what is left of my gum so hopefully he will be able to do it.
