I'm more of a meat and potatoes kind of person.. I mean I like lobster, shrimp, scallops.. for vegi's I like corn, peas, broccoli, asparagus and of course potatoes...

I like squash cooked in a skillet, on the grill, out of a wok, on a camp fire, but my favorite is fried with peppers and onions and topped with Louisianna hot sauce!
