Topic: Black women play too damn hard to get. | |

Heh, I never had that problem with black women! Especially on the dance floor
|
|

Hey You approached this little white woman?? I'd roll my eyes too!!! OUCH.... YIKES! |
|
|
|
That doesn't answer the approaching question. Exactly what is your question? Why do black women reject you? Since I don't know the women you've approached personally, I don't know. However, I've noticed when you have a widespread problem, it's not them it's you. Everyone can't be against you for no reason, maybe they don't like how you look, or what you say to them, or your attitude. I don't know, but I do know it's rude to lump all of one group together and say "all of them" are this, or "all of them" are that. It's called stereotyping and it's tacky. |

Dance floor's another story entirely. That's the only time I don't get the eye roll. It's enough for a one-night-stand, but I'm not looking for that.

Now I feel bad I felt like he was dissin the black woman Maybe I only felt that way Sorry Ya know Im a lover |

True enough. I'm examined myself, and noticed I am not like most black guys in my area. Perhaps my love of jazz and heavy metal, or my need to stay away from harmful stereotypes. I guess I should broaden my horizons.

I'm not tryin to dis black woman, but that's how I see it.

That is because black women don't take no chit....... Funny post, but what does that exactly mean? that wasnt exactly written in code....but idk |

I'm not tryin to dis black woman, but that's how I see it. I think Most of us understand that posts come within our own frame of references, meaning our own experiences. You're fine. |

I'm not tryin to dis black woman, but that's how I see it. You are entitled to your opinion. Don't back down. Maybe you might be pushing a little too hard......... |

"Don't take no chit" Clearly written in code. The problem is that it's too vague.
As for generalizations, I should have said "Black women in "hoods". |
|
|

I tend to do that.

I guess I should broaden my horizons. Okay then, you just had a breakthrough! Um, yeah, that might be a turn off to some black women- who don't like jazz and heavy metal. There are some who do, of course, but not the majority. So with that being said, why does that bother you that they're not into you because of that? You wouldn't have a lot in common with them, if they're wanting to listen to r&b and you're listening to Slipknot or something, it's going to be awkward. To say the least. Maybe you should stop focusing so much on race and find someone you share interests with? |

What opionion were you asking for? I didn't get it in your thread?
Maybe it is because of how you see them, how you approach, them, how you talk to them. You didn't actually explain WHY they roll their eyes... |

I'm not tryin to dis black woman, but that's how I see it. I did not see it as a dis and neither did my best friend. I called her and she says you are probably right because she sees it alot. Her two brothers catch hell when they date outside of their race. She says date who you want to and hopefully you will find the happiness with someone we are all searching for. |

I just read the part about them getting pissy when you're with women of other races. If I were you, I wouldn't care. I find it funny that people get mad when someone dates outside their race, as if they wanted them for themselves or something. I couldn't care less who someone else dates, as long as it's not me.

I'll try to answe a few questions.
If I knew why they roll their eyes, I wouldn't be making a topic. I'm a musician, and takes over most of my life, so music is a big issue. Dragoness, you get it. Calleigh, I understand the substitute word, just the vagueness of the line. |
