I signed up on this site a couple of months ago and check in occasionally. I keep getting notifications about guys that "want to meet me", but they never email or IM. Are they expecting me to write first or... It's not that I'm unwilling to start the convo, but I lead a very busy life (two jobs and college) and am a bit of an introvert so this is very difficult for me. Maybe I'm not understanding how this site works?
