Just found out my "coverage" for my vacation that starts the 4th decided he couldn't cover for me. I asked for this time off well over a month ago, first vacation in over a year
  . This is my 2nd job (part-time), so now I need to scrounge up someone else to cover for me or will have to continue to type evenings while "I am on vacation" and have company.   Hope I can talk a coworker into it tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

Think it was more a strike against the boss than me, the boss hired me and gave me 1/2 his work without telling him about a year ago, so suspect this is his way of retaliating. Convenient that he waited so long, obviously planned too, he was supposed to take over on the 4th through the 14th.

Dang. I am sorry that happened to you Thanks. Will try some coworkers to see if I can find coverage, otherwise will chip away at the typing in the evenings. Darn, was hoping to have an "actual" vacation though. Have a lot of day trips planned to show Pam around the "Northwest," a whale watching tour, taking her to the rain forest, the ocean, etc. Will be fun, but more fun without having to come home and type.
