this is my favorite time of the year it finally is cooling off below 100 degrees (f). The shadows are longer and the sunlight has that golden red color too it. Dove hunting season starts Tuesday. The kids are goin back to school. The Texas State Fair and the New Mexico State Fair start in a couple weeks. I can just feel autumn coming are you coming up for the fair..several changes this year.. good or bad i don't know yet ..but it's always good fun there..  ..give us a shout and we'l meet for a green chili corn dog..or smoked turkey leg
I dunno if I can make it all the way to Albuquerque this year. If papersmile makes it down we might come for the balloon fiesta. and I'd like to take her to see Zozobra. If we do we'll give a shout I'll prolly make it to Ruidoso later in the year. and in a couple weeks I'll drive to Hatch to pick up about 20 lbs of chilis for the winter |

yes i do notice a change in the weather but it's gradual here.shouldn't get cold here till late October or mid November..

its hot here today, its already in the 90s and its only noon, but i love SUMMER..... not sure i am ready for it to end yet...

The mountain tops here will be snow packed again by then.... or mountains should have snow on them too but the level won't drop below 7500 FT. till December. in most years that is...

It's a cold rainy morning Will be here all day Just wanted to say.... I'm so grateful for mingle I've met the greatest of people here. So kind and warm and giving Love to spend time with you all. I've learned so much. Been given the greatest of advice. Been hated by a few but that's ok. That's life! Made wonderful friends that I adore! Meeting new ones everyday!! Just wanting to spread some love on this Brrrr. Cold morning! Tammy
